Bigger tables for bigger families. Our bento programme was born here.
Epping was the first time a neighbourhood asked us to open. A group of regulars from George Street who'd moved north kept writing, and in 2019 Mina Park, who'd run the North Strathfield floor, opened here as head chef.
The room is built for families: round tables for eight, high chairs that aren't an afterthought, and enough space between tables for a pram. The bento programme started as a way to feed a table of mixed ages quickly, and became the local chapter.

What's different here
The same core kitchen as every Yuzu, plus the things only Epping does.
Bento, every way
Yuzu, wagyu, garden and kids' bento in the room, plus a pre-order takeaway box for weekday lunches.
Round tables for eight
Four large rounds and a long table for twelve. Birthdays and multi-generation dinners are our Sunday routine.
Kids, properly
High chairs, a kids' bento with no chilli, change table, and colouring sheets that we actually restock.
Inside Epping
Bring everyone.
Groups up to 40. Kids' parties on weekend afternoons, 3–5pm.
Set menus are built from the core menu plus this venue's local chapter, so the table gets the best of both. Tell us about allergies when you book and the kitchen will plan around them.
Other Yuzu venues
Same core menu, different local chapter.
