By the water, five minutes from the Fish Market.
Pyrmont opened in 2021 because regulars kept asking whether we'd ever cook the fish they saw at the market that morning. Now we do. Head chef Hana Sato walks to the Fish Market at six, and whatever she brings back becomes the day's local chapter.
The room is bright and close to the water, with a long communal table for walk-ins and a raw bar you can sit at and watch the fish being cut. It's our most relaxed lunch venue and our busiest Sunday.

What's different here
The same core kitchen as every Yuzu, plus the things only Pyrmont does.
Market fish, daily
The raw bar and the local chapter change with what came off the boats. If it isn't good enough, it isn't on.
Communal table
A 14-seat shared table by the window for walk-ins, solo lunches and groups who don't mind neighbours.
BYO Sunday to Thursday
Bring a bottle, $15 corkage. Friday and Saturday are from our list only.
Inside Pyrmont
Bring everyone.
Groups up to 20. Full buyout available Monday (closed to public).
Set menus are built from the core menu plus this venue's local chapter, so the table gets the best of both. Tell us about allergies when you book and the kitchen will plan around them.
Other Yuzu venues
Same core menu, different local chapter.
